Heavy duty liners and lids
These baskets are designed to be work horses, available with 1/4" stainless steel compression lid or 18 ga stainless steel drop in lid with your choice of perforation or mesh. The basket can be sized down to the old style polyethylene basket which is roughly 1/4" smaller in all around dimensions if required.
Heavy duty construction
Designed for all wash systems that accept the standard Kadon sized basket, these polypropylene baskets are lined with a .048" thick 18 GA stainless steel. Basket specs O.D. standard, I.D. L 15-7/16" x W 9-5/16" x H 5-1/4". The liner is rugged enough to stand on its own, held together at the corners with three secure spot welds and lap over joints. The liner is secured into place with four heavy #10 stainless steel rivets and washers, which allows for easy replacement of the basket shell or liner.

Expanded Metal
Heavy duty parts baskets with two liner styles, 1/2" and 1/4" expanded metal. All baskets have a hemmed channel edge for safety. They are perfect for cleaning large or small parts, and stackable for staging or storing. Baskets are stackable up to 5 high, each with a weight of 75lbs. capacity.
